Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (Policy) sets out the terms on which you may use the website at captivated.online (the Site) and any services made available by Captivated Ltd (we, us or our). By using the Site or any of our services, you agree to this Policy. It should be read alongside our General Terms.

Interference and unauthorised access

Suspension for breach

Where a breach has occurred, we may take any action we consider appropriate, including issuing a warning, suspending or withdrawing your access to the Site or our services, and taking legal action or reporting the matter to law enforcement authorities.

Governing law

This Policy, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
